TROUBLESHOOTING

Find solutions to common issues encountered during installation and usage.

Check the ZIP file to ensure it's not a master package that needs to be extracted first. Also, verify your hosting upload limits (upload_max_filesize) and ensure your server meets the WordPress requirements.
Check if all required plugins are installed and activated. Ensure you have run the demo import process if provided, and verify your customization settings via the Customizer or Theme Options.
Check whether required plugins (such as specific page builders or shortcode providers) or demo content packages have been fully installed and activated.
Optimize images before uploading, review active plugins (disable unnecessary ones), and use an appropriate hosting environment along with caching plugins where available.
Check your responsive settings within the page builder or Customizer. Also, review any custom CSS changes you may have added that could override the theme's default responsive behavior.
Temporarily deactivate all non-essential plugins to identify the conflicting plugin. If the issue continues, contact support for further investigation.
